We are looking for a senior litigator with deep housing and civil experience to make sure the help we give is accurate, practical, and genuinely useful in the real world.
What you will do
- Bring a senior practitioner's judgement to how we handle real housing and civil matters, end to end.
- Pressure test our AI agents against how cases actually run, and catch where they fall short.
- Shape the legal strategy behind the product, from letters before action through to tribunal and court.
- Work closely with engineers and legal engineers to turn hard-won expertise into systems that scale.
About you
- You are a qualified solicitor or barrister with significant housing and civil litigation experience.
- You have run your own caseload and know how these matters play out in practice, not just in theory.
- You care about access to justice, and are excited by what AI makes newly possible for it.
- You want to work on a hard, important problem with a small team in person.
