Remedy International Medical are working with an established hospital in Bermuda, which is a British Overseas Territory to recruit an experienced Pharmacy Technician. Situated in the North Atlantic, with a sub-tropical climate, beautiful beaches and aquarium-like waters, and plenty of sandy coves, if you love the outdoors, this could be the island for you.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining Pharmacy Inventory:
- Maintaining Ward Inventory
- Preparing Medications
- Quality Assurance
- Other Technical, Clerical and Operational Duties (Entering orders into the different hospital computer systems etc.)
- Policy/Procedure Compliance
- Maintaining professional competency as determined by Pharmacy Management
Experience
Level 3 (Specialised Certification): Two (2) years relevant work experience preferably in specialised area
o Completion of designated, external, professional certification in a specialised area, for example, Chemo Certification from the National Pharmacy Technician Association (NPTA)) and actively rotating within a specialised area
A competitive salary is on offer of $65,843 – $70,878, depending on experience, with Bermuda offering a low tax rate of 10%. Accommodation is provided for a period of 3 months, as well as travel and a relocation allowance.
