Remedy International Medical are working with a leading healthcare organisation in Bermuda, who is seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations within the Oncology Department and support the continued development of high‑quality oncology services.

You will lead daily oncology operations, including radiation therapy, clinical workflows, patient pathways, workforce coordination, and service improvement initiatives.

The role ensures safe, efficient, patient‑centred care aligned with regulatory, accreditation, and international best‑practice standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee oncology and radiation therapy operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Optimise clinical workflows and pathways to improve efficiency, access, and patient experience.
  • Lead and support multidisciplinary oncology teams, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, competency development, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor performance, quality indicators, safety metrics, and contribute to audits, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee oncology information systems, documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to support integrated, patient‑centred care.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, service development, and implementation of new technologies and care models.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or recognised qualification in Radiation Therapy, Oncology, Nursing, Allied Health, or related field.
  • Eligibility for professional registration/licensure in Bermuda.
  • Minimum 10 years’ post‑qualification experience in oncology, radiation therapy, or a specialist clinical environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and clinical operations.
  • Strong knowledge of oncology workflows, clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement, and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organisational, and decision‑making skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, emotional intelligence, and commitment to high‑quality patient care.
