Starting Pay: $21.00-$24.00/ Hour
Hours: 6pm-6am, Monday-Thursday
Quality Control Duties:
- Pre-pour inspections and post-pour inspections
- Variance reports, bed shut down process, product repairs, shop drawings
- Aggregate moisture tests, sieve analysis, and initial set tests
- Mark products with identification and appropriate visual markings
- Documentation of testing and inspection records
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings
Requirements:
- Six months of experience in precast/prestressed concrete or related industry
- Obtain Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Levels I and II certifications
- Obtain American Concrete Institute Grade I certification
- Obtain all applicable Department of Transportation certifications
- Basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
