Are you a dedicated Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and inclusive SEN environment? A large special needs school in Wandsworth is seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to work with students who require additional support with their emotional and behavioural development.
The Role
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement positive behaviour strategies.
- Develop and deliver tailored interventions to help students manage their emotions and behaviour effectively.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment, helping students build self-confidence and social skills.
- Act as a positive role model, guiding students towards improved behaviour and engagement in learning.
About You
- Have experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN or behavioural support role.
