Teaching Assistant
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to help pupils achieve their potential, both academically and socially.
Key responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis.
- Assisting the teacher with preparation and delivery of learning activities.
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
- Supporting pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum.
