About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in the London Borough of Brent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people\’s learning and development in a secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in the classroom, individually and in small groups
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Support students with additional learning needs (SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs where required)
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
- Support pupils\’ academic progress and social development
