Teaching Assistant The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to help pupils achieve their potential, both academically and socially. Key responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant: * Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis. * Assisting the teacher with preparation and delivery of learning activities. * Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. * Supporting pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum. * Contributing to the wider life of the school. About You: * We are looking for someone who is: * Passionate about helping children learn and thrive. * Patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships with pupils. * Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive approach. * A strong communicator and team player. * Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is desirable but not essential.
