Early Years Practitioner - Permanent Position - Stratford Location: Stratford, East London Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Salary & Hours: £25000 + Negotiable / Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours per week Remedy Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a permanent opportunity within a welcoming nursery in Stratford. We are looking for a passionate Early Years professional who enjoys supporting children's development and creating a fun, safe and engaging learning environment. The Early Years Practitioner Role Support children across the Early Years age groups. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS. Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate observations. Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety. Support the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. Requirements Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential). Previous experience working within a nursery setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. Confident, caring and proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to start immediately or at short notice.
