Speech and Language Therapist (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week) Location: Brent, North London Contract Type: Permanent / Part-Time Start Date: ASAP Agency: Remedy Education Remedy Education is proud to be working with a new and expanding SEN school in Brent, supporting pupils aged 7-16 who are all verbal, largely independent, and diagnosed with autism. We are seeking an experienced and HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist to join their supportive multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a developing school environment where creativity, collaboration, and inclusion are at the heart of the provision. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver tailored speech and language therapy programmes for pupils aged 7-16. Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to integrate communication strategies across the curriculum. Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular feedback to staff and parents. Support staff training and development to ensure consistent use of communication strategies. Contribute to the development of a whole-school communication approach. Requirements: HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist (essential). Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. Experience supporting children and young people with autism (ASD) and related communication needs. Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to set and measure achievable goals. Empathetic, resilient, and confident when supporting pupils with additional needs.
