They are looking for strong, experienced Teaching Assistants who will not simply do the bare minimum, but will go above and beyond to make a genuine difference to the lives of these children.
The role:
- Supporting students with severe autism and complex needs
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support
- Helping students develop their communication, social and life skills
- Supporting with sensory activities and creative learning
- Managing challenging behaviour calmly and confidently
- Providing personal care when required
- Working closely with teachers, therapists and other support staff
