SEN Early Years Teaching Assistant - Enfield Specialist SEN Early Years Setting | Full-Time | Long-Term Start: September 2026

Are you a nurturing, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to support children with Special Educational Needs in an Early Years setting this September? We are currently working with a welcoming and well-supported SEN provision in Enfield that is looking to appoint a dedicated Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young children at a crucial stage of their development, helping them build confidence, communication skills and independence in a safe and nurturing environment.

About the Setting

The provision supports nursery and reception-aged children with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Speech and Language delays
  • ADHD
  • Sensory processing needs
  • Global developmental delay
  • Social, emotional and communication difficulties

The setting provides a structured, caring and play-based learning environment tailored to each child’s individual needs.

The Role

  • Supporting children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
