This is a full-time, long-term position lasting until the end of the academic year, with a salary range dependent on your experience. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to support the inclusion of all students, ensuring every child has access to a high-quality education. Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify and address the diverse needs of students. Coordinate and lead interventions for students with additional needs, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect and understanding among students and staff. Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive practices and differentiation techniques.
