Enquiries: Handle general and specific enquiries from staff, parents, and visitors with professionalism. Admin Support: Offer secretarial and administrative support to staff, the SEND team, and Headteacher. Data Management: Update SEND records and SIMS database; maintain pupil data and prepare reports. Medical and Medication Registers: Manage and update medication and medical records, ensuring availability and accuracy. SEND Documentation: Assist the SENCo in SEND assessments, EHCP documentation, annual reviews, and presentation of data for senior leadership. Event Coordination: Coordinate school visits, organise school photography sessions, and maintain relevant communications and responses.
