Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH and additional learning needs.
Assist in the classroom and specialist provision, offering personalised strategies to help students manage their emotions and behaviours.
Support students in developing essential life skills such as cooking, travel training, and social interactions.
Help create a safe and structured learning environment where students feel valued and understood.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement tailored learning plans and behaviour strategies.What We\βre Looking For:
Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs, either in a school, care, or support setting.
A calm, confident, and resilient approach to supporting students with challenging behaviour.
A passion for making a difference and helping students build confidence, independence, and self-esteem.
The ability to adapt to different age groups, from primary to secondary students.
Relevant Childcare Training or Equivalent Qualifications is desirable but not essential.What\βs in It for You?
