Join our team at Remedy, where we have a rewarding position open for a dedicated Teaching Assistant.\\n\\nWe're looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN at a secondary school in Greenwich.
Your role will focus on empowering students to achieve their best by providing personalised support in both one-on-one and small group settings.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nSupport students with a variety of special educational needs, including learning challenges, to aid in both their academic and personal development.\\nOffer tailored one-on-one assistance as well as small group interventions for KS3 and KS4 students.\\nWork alongside teachers to deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students in the classroom.\\nAdjust learning resources and instructional techniques to suit individual student requirements, fostering confidence and independence.Qualifications and Requirements:\\n\\nMinimum of 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school environment.\\nExperience working with students with SEN and learning difficulties.\\nEnhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply for one).\\nConfidence in a classroom setting across KS3 and KS4 levels.\\nStrong communication skills, patience, and an encouraging outlook.Why Choose Remedy?\\n\\nRemedy is committed to the growth and well-being of both students and staff.
