This role is ideal for someone with strong school admin experience who is confident using Arbor and has experience supporting with general administration and EHCP plans. The school are looking for someone organised, reliable and confident working in a busy school office environment. Role Details: Position: School Administrator Location: Romford System: Arbor Hours: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role: As a School Administrator, you will: * Support the school office with day-to-day general administration * Use Arbor to update pupil records, attendance and school information * Assist with creating, updating and maintaining EHCP plans * Support SEN and admin teams with paperwork, reports and documentation * Communicate with parents, staff and external professionals where required * Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date * Help with filing, scanning, emails, phone calls and general office duties * Follow safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection procedures at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Previous experience working in a school admin role * Strong experience using Arbor is essential * Experience supporting with EHCP plans or SEN administration * Excellent organisation and attention to detail * Good communication and IT skills * Confidence working in a busy school office * A professional, calm and reliable approach * An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one This is a great opportunity for an experienced School Administrator looking for a role where they can support both general office functions and SEN/EHCP administration.
