What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver pre-prepared, engaging lessons to EYFS, KS1 or KS2 pupils.
- Provide professional PPA cover and ensure continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
- Adapt to different teaching environments across Winchester schools.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with pupils and staff alike.
What We’re Looking For
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Primary teaching experience across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
- A flexible, proactive approach and excellent classroom management.
- Confidence working in new schools throughout South East London.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping young learners succeed.
