Specialist 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs

Responsibilities

  • Assisting students in cultivating their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO, and multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., Educational Psychologists) to monitor and advance student progress.
  • Contributing to the creation of an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Supporting students across various year groups with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges.
