Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: 100- 130 per day
Remedy Education are looking for a confident Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional and pastoral support within a school in Newham.
You will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviour, SEMH needs or difficulties engaging with education, helping them regulate their emotions and successfully access learning.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting challenging behaviour, SEMH or additional needs
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- Ability to build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
- Calm, resilient and consistent approach
- Youth work, mentoring, PRU, SEN or school experience beneficial
