The School is based in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, in South East London. The Ideal LSA – Trauma Informed will have: Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN). Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting the educational and emotional development of young learners. Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting. Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods. Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
