Remedy Education are looking for aspiring teachers who want to gain hands‑on classroom experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in schools across South East London. The Role

As a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils in class on a 1:1, small group and whole‑class basis
  • Assist the class teacher with learning activities and classroom routines
  • Help pupils stay engaged, focused and confident in their learning
  • Support behaviour management and positive classroom expectations
  • Work with pupils of different abilities and learning needs
  • Gain valuable experience in a school environment before teacher training
  • Build confidence delivering support across a range of subjects and year groups
