Hours: Full-time - 7am - 4pm

Remedy Education is working with a specialist SEMH school in East London that is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring the premises are safe, secure, well maintained and compliant.

The Role

  • Overseeing the general maintenance and security of the school site
  • Managing contractors, repairs and site-related issues
  • Carrying out regular health & safety checks
  • Supporting with fire safety, risk assessments and compliance
  • Opening/closing the premises where required
  • Managing stock, equipment and site records
  • Using school systems, email and Microsoft Office confidently

Requirements

  • Previous Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities experience
  • Must be IT literate and confident using computers and electronic systems
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently
  • School experience is highly desirable
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
