Remedy are looking for empathetic, driven, and academically strong English Graduates to join our outstanding partner schools across South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, while developing the skills needed for a future career in Education, Teaching, or Child Development.
The role of an English Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Work closely with students aged 11-18 who have a range of SEND needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
- Support teachers in creating inclusive and engaging classroom environments.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to personalised learning plans.
- Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure every child receives the care and guidance they need.
What we're looking for:
