A welcoming Primary school is seeking an experienced and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join its dedicated team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing children with a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment.

The Role - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children within the nursery.
  • Plan and support engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Support children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.
  • Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Observe, assess and record children's progress and development.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.
  • Support children's individual needs and developmental stages.
  • Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the nursery.

The Ideal Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

  • Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Has previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
  • Has a warm, caring and nurturing approach.
  • Is reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children.
  • Can create positive relationships with children and their families.

This Level 3 Early Years Practitioner position offers the opportunity to join a supportive nursery environment where the successful candidate can make a genuine difference to children's early learning experiences and development.
