Are you passionate about supporting young learners? Remedy Education is looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a fantastic primary school in Thurrock, Essex. Your Role as an LSA:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
  • Assist with classroom activities to ensure students can fully engage in learning
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials to individual needs
  • Encourage and motivate students, celebrating their progress along the way

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with SEN students
  • A Level 3 NVQ in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent) is desirable
  • GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent)
  • A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young people
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
