Learning Support Assistant Paid Trial Days Romford, East London

A successful, all-inclusive Secondary School in searching for a Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to join their friendly, supportive, and successful team. This amazing Learning Support Assistant role will require you to work with a year 8 child with various SEND/SEMH needs.

Role: Learning Support Assistant

Contract: Full Time

Rate: 100 – 115 per day

Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

Setting: Secondary School

Location: Romford, East London

The ideal Learning Support Assistant (SEN)

  • Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs.
  • To work alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff.
  • To facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students.
  • To work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks.

Learning Support Assistant Standard Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN.
  • Experience working with challenging behaviour
  • GCSE\’s (Including Maths or English)
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) professional reference checks.
