What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and leading lessons across the school, working 1:1, in small groups or with full classes.
- Taking the initiative with lesson delivery and pupil engagement.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to create exciting and inclusive learning environments.
- Helping raise standards, nurture confidence, and unlock potential.
- Possibly overseeing other support staff and contributing to their growth too.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified HLTA with a passion for education and child development.
