What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting and leading lessons across the school, working 1:1, in small groups or with full classes.
  • Taking the initiative with lesson delivery and pupil engagement.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to create exciting and inclusive learning environments.
  • Helping raise standards, nurture confidence, and unlock potential.
  • Possibly overseeing other support staff and contributing to their growth too.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified HLTA with a passion for education and child development.
  • Someone confident to teach across the curriculum, manage behaviour positively, and lead with initiative.
  • A team player who’s reflective, professional, and keen to make a lasting impact.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:00 (With a 45-minute lunch break and staff meetings included) Term Time Only
