A Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant is required to work in Hammersmith and Fulham, London, focusing on secondary aged students (KS3-4 / aged 11-16) with social, emotional and/or mental health challenges (SEMH).

  • Immediate start after successful trial day – DBS Certificate required.
  • Full-time (Monday-Friday) – Long-term until at least the end of July 2022.
  • Ideal for graduates who are confident, experienced, and possess the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.

The role involves working within KS3-KS4 classrooms as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant and providing pastoral support for hard-to-reach secondary students displaying issues around their outlook, behaviour, and/or mental health.
