Remedy Education are looking for an experienced Attendance and Admissions Officer to join a school based in Greenwich. This role is ideal for someone with strong school admin experience who is confident managing attendance processes, admissions paperwork and parent communication. The school are looking for someone organised, accurate and professional, with previous experience working in an attendance and admissions role.

- Position: Attendance and Admissions Officer

The Role:
- Manage daily attendance records and follow up on pupil absences
- Contact parents and carers regarding attendance concerns
- Support admissions processes, applications and pupil records
- Update school systems accurately and maintain confidential information
- Produce attendance reports and support with data tracking
- Liaise with staff, parents, local authorities and external agencies where required
- Support the wider school office with general administrative duties
- Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection procedures are followed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a school attendance and admissions role
- Strong school administration experience
- Confidence using school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills with parents, staff and external professionals
- A calm, professional and reliable approach
- Good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
