Remedy is recruiting on behalf of a supportive secondary PRU based in Greenwich, who are looking to appoint a committed Part Science Teacher on a Part-time basis. The role will start in September and initially run until July 2027, with the potential for extension.

Science Teacher - Role Information:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Mainly teaching Chemistry up to KS4
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Engage, motivate and challenge students
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
  • Interviews ASAP

Science Teacher - Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in Science or Chemistry
  • Recent experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 level
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
