We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a secondary-aged pupil with complex needs in a supportive and structured school environment. This role involves providing consistent, tailored support to help the pupil access learning, regulate emotions and develop independence. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to deliver personalised strategies that meet the pupil's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
