Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Outreach Learning Support Assistants to work with SEN students across Essex and surrounding areas. The Role
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
- Supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally
- Encouraging engagement and participation in learning
- Building positive relationships with students and staff

Requirements
- Previous experience working within a school, college, or support worker setting
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
