We are currently looking to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants for exciting full-time opportunities. This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain valuable school-based experience - particularly for those considering a future career in teaching.

Responsibilities

  • Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 and KS4)
  • Provide one-to-one or small group interventions for students who need additional support
  • Assist teachers in preparing resources and managing classroom behaviour
  • Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment

Qualifications

  • A recent graduate (any subject considered, but strong preference for core subjects like English, Maths, and Science)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable
  • Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, youth work) is desirable but not essential
  • A genuine interest in education and the ability to inspire and motivate secondary-aged pupils
