The role is long term/permanent with Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, and involves 1:1 work with a child with ASD. In your second year you can apply for schools direct teacher training to gain QTS.
Salary will be determined by qualifications and experience in line with the school's pay policy. This is a strong stepping stone into teacher training.
