A Specialist Provision in Greenwich is looking for a Graduate to work as a Behaviour Mentor, and support their pupils who face emotional and behavioural challenges. You will be based in the classroom, helping students overcome obstacles to their education and achieve their full potential.
The students at this school face challenges in managing their emotions, which can lead to sudden outbursts, anxiety, or mood swings. They often struggle to build and maintain positive relationships with others, and may tend to isolate themselves due to various mental health difficulties.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in engaging the students, promoting positive decision-making, and supporting their emotional resilience.
