Provide feedback to parents or guardians as needed.\\n\\n * Communication: Build a positive, nurturing relationship with the child, fostering a love of learning, and ensure clear communication with parents regarding progress, challenges, and successes.\\n\\n * Behaviour Management: Use positive reinforcement techniques to manage behaviour and encourage respectful and cooperative interaction in a learning environment.\\n\\n * Adaptability: Adjust teaching methods and resources based on the child’s evolving needs and interests.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Experience: Previous experience working with young children, particularly in an EYFS or tutoring role. Experience with children with additional learning needs is a plus.\\n\\n * Qualifications: A relevant qualification (e.g., a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, EYFS Teaching Qualification, or similar) is preferred.\\n\\n * Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.\\n\\n * Passion: A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on a child’s early development.\\n\\n * Patience & Flexibility: Ability to work at the child’s pace and adapt teaching methods to meet his unique learning style.\\n\\n * References: Ability to provide professional references to support previous experience with young children
