Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them thrive in their early years? We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Education. This is a great opportunity for someone with a love for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference in children's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons for early years pupils.
- Assist in the planning and organisation of activities that promote learning through play.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, ensuring they develop key skills in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Help to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor and track children's progress, sharing observations with the teacher.
- Assist with classroom management, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children's social and emotional development.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent.
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- A passion for supporting young children's development and learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
