Remedy Education is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a specialist SEN provision in Essex.
You will work with students aged 8-16 with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs, delivering targeted interventions and maintaining a calm, supportive classroom.
In this role you will lead small groups, assist with EHCP targets, manage behaviour, and collaborate closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure high quality outcomes and wellbeing for every learner.
