About the Role: You'll provide 1:1 or small group support for students with ASD, aiding their learning, emotional well-being, and social skills in a school setting. This hands-on role focuses on inclusion, independence, and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support for communication, social, and behavioural needs.
- Assist with IEPs and classroom activities.
- Promote independence and self-confidence.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and professionals.

Requirements:
- Experience with ASD or SEN children.
