We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Nursery Teaching Assistants to work across a number of welcoming nurseries in Stratford. We have both full-time long-term positions and daily supply opportunities available for candidates looking to work within Early Years settings.
The Role
- Support children during learning and play activities
- Assist with setting up activities and maintaining a stimulating learning environment
- Support early phonics, communication, and number development
- Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction
- Work with small groups and provide one-to-one support where needed
- Support children with personal care and daily routines where required
- Help create a calm, nurturing, and safe nursery environment
The Ideal Candidate
- A level 3 (Cashe) certificate in Early years or equivalent
- Experience working with children or within a nursery/EYFS setting preferred
- A patient, caring, and energetic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Available for either full-time work or flexible daily supply
