Remedy is seeking a passionate Early Years SEN Teacher to lead a small, dedicated class of students with severe and complex SEN needs. Starting in September 2025, this long-term role involves:

  • Delivering a creative and personalised Early Years curriculum that meets each child\’s specific developmental and educational needs.
  • Providing a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment to foster confidence, independence, and success.
  • Leading and managing a small team of support staff (TAs) to provide 1:1 and group-based interventions.
  • Using innovative strategies and SEN-specific resources to ensure all children make progress at their own pace.
