Early Years SEN Teacher About the Role
Remedy is seeking a passionate Early Years SEN Teacher to lead a small, dedicated class of students with severe and complex SEN needs. Starting in September 2025, this long-term role involves:
- Delivering a creative and personalised Early Years curriculum that meets each child\’s specific developmental and educational needs.
- Providing a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment to foster confidence, independence, and success.
- Leading and managing a small team of support staff (TAs) to provide 1:1 and group-based interventions.
- Using innovative strategies and SEN-specific resources to ensure all children make progress at their own pace.
- Working collaboratively with parents, therapists, and external professionals to provide holistic support for each child.

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in EYFS/Specialist settings.
