We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional School Receptionist to join our brand new school in Ealing from September 2026. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the school and will provide high-quality administrative and reception support within a busy school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the school reception area and welcome visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain accurate pupil and visitor records
- Support attendance monitoring and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the leadership and office teams
- Use Arbor Management Information System confidently and efficiently
- Assist with admissions, communications, and school correspondence
- Ensure safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the school office
