Daily Supply Teaching Assistant – South London

We are currently recruiting Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across South London. This flexible role is ideal for experienced TAs looking for short-term and ad-hoc work across a range of primary, secondary, and SEN settings.

Rate: 95 – 115
Location: South London
Contract: Daily supply / flexible work

The Role

As a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom and 1:1 support as required, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils with their learning on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
  • Supporting pupils with SEN, including behavioural and additional learning needs
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies
  • Ensuring safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant
  • Confidence adapting to different school environments at short notice
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • A clear understanding of safeguarding in education
