Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a difference in education? We\’re looking for a reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our friendly school team.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you\’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You\’ll supervise classes, manage classroom behaviour, and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set work to classes in the teacher\’s absence
• Maintain a positive and focused classroom atmosphere
• Follow school policies on behaviour and safeguarding
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

About You

• Confident, calm, and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Able to manage a classroom effectively and engage students
• Flexible and organised with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a school setting or with young people is desirable but not essential
