What You'll Be Doing: Delivering engaging, practical Computing lessons tailored to individual abilities Covering IT fundamentals, coding, digital literacy, and employability-focused computing skills Supporting students in developing independence and confidence through tech-based learning Working closely with a dedicated team of SEN professionals to ensure students thrive Tracking progress and adapting lessons to suit different learning styles What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential Experience teaching Computing, ICT, or Digital Skills, ideally in an SEN or alternative education setting A creative, adaptable approach to teaching, with a passion for inclusive education Strong behaviour management and the ability to motivate and inspire young people Knowledge of adaptive technologies and how they can support SEN learners (desirable) What's in It for You?
