A welcoming and inclusive school in Lewisham is seeking a Complex Needs Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a structured and nurturing environment.
In this role, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting both their academic progress and personal development. This Complex Needs Assistant role will involve:
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
