Premises Manager - Specialist SEN School

Remedy Education is seeking a highly experienced Premises Manager to join a specialist SEN school in Lambeth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, hands-on professional to oversee the school's premises, facilities, health and safety, and day-to-day site operations.
The successful candidate must have strong premises management experience, excellent IT skills and the ability to keep the school running safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong previous experience in premises management, ideally within a school or educational setting.
- Have excellent knowledge of health and safety, site security and facilities management.
- Be confident using IT systems and computer software to manage site operations, records, reports and maintenance requests.
- Be comfortable using digital systems for administration and communication.
- Be confident overseeing building maintenance, repairs and general site operations.
- Have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving premises-related issues.
- Be comfortable working within a specialist SEN environment.
Role details:
- Location: Lambeth, South London
- Position: Premises Manager
- Pay: 22- 26 per hour
- Hours: Full-time, rotating weekly shifts:
- One week: 7:30am-3:30pm
- Following week: 10:00am-6:00pm
- Contract: Full-time, with the potential to become permanent
