SEN Teaching Assistant

£95-£115 per day (dependent on experience)

We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools across Newham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive in a supportive environment.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with a variety of SEN.
- Work closely with class teachers and other staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning experiences.
- Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- A patient, adaptable and proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Willingness to work across different year groups and school settings.
