Reception Teacher – January 2026 Start — South London — 180‑230 per day Full‑Time Long‑Term
We are seeking a dedicated and creative Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school from January 2026. You will take on full classroom teacher responsibilities, delivering high‑quality teaching and learning in line with EYFS expectations.

Role Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess inspiring lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Track pupil progress through observations, assessment and accurate record‑keeping
- Build supportive relationships with pupils and parents to promote wellbeing and development
- Work collaboratively with the wider Early Years team to ensure consistency
- Take part in school duties, meetings and ongoing professional development
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- Strong knowledge of EYFS pedagogy and child development
- Confident delivering full teacher responsibilities including planning, marking and assessment
- A nurturing and proactive approach, with strong behaviour management skills
- Able to inspire young learners through creative, play‑based learning
